新加坡南洋理工大学计算机科学与工程学院（School of Computer Science and Engineering，以下简称SCSE)成立于1988年，是新加坡第1所教授计算机技术本科课程的学院。在最新的《美国新闻》和《世界报道》全球最佳大学中排名计算机科学第2名，并被公认为人工智能研究领域的顶尖学院。此外，该学院在物联网，网络安全，计算机视觉，金融科技等方面也有极为杰出的研究成果。
如今，SCSE拥有超过2200名学生，为本科生提供10个、研究生提供7个人工智能(AI）领域的研究项目，并在物联网，网络安全，计算机视觉，金融科技等方面也有极为杰出的研究成果。
SCSE是全球领先的计算机科学与工程教育、研究和创新机构，为本科生和研究生提供了一流的计算机科学以及计算机工程的课程和研究项目，旨在培养杰出的计算机方面的人才。
研究方向及成果
主要研究领域有:人工智能、数据科学、网络安全、硬件与计算机架构、定制计算、网络物理系统、软件工程、数据库与信息系统、生物信息学、多媒体、社交媒体、视觉与互动计算、建模与仿真、并行和分布式计算、云计算、计算机网络等。
SCSE重视科研，拥有75个academic staff、201个research staff以及242个researchstudent，不断挑战和研究最新计算机科学和工程领域的技术。目前SCSE有9个研究小组:

学院为全日制本科生设置了单学位、辅修以及双学位等多种项目供学生选择，包括计算机科学、计算机工程、以及从AY18/19最新开放的大数据与人工智能专业。
