辅仁预科学院（http://www.fis.org.cn/） (FIS INSTITUTE) 成立于2000年，是在新加坡私校理事会(Council for Private Education)注册并获得“教育信托计划”(EduTrust Certification Scheme) 认证的私立教育机构。
新加坡教育联盟（http://www.studysg.com/）留学顾问凤燕飞老师介绍：昔日的英国海军司令官邸，现在是辅仁预科学院最新校园，这是一栋建于1939年的新加坡国家保护的历史性建筑物。此校园坐落于山丘上，空气清新，环境幽雅，加上花园和泳池，营造出一个理想的学习与工作环境。除了明亮宽敞的教室之外，还有其它运动及休闲设施。学生在努力学习的一天后，可选择浸泡于蔚蓝游泳池、打一场劲爆的网球或篮球赛, 来松懈身心和补充精力。交通很方便, 从学校步行到三巴旺地铁站仅仅6至8分钟。
